Lovely and engaging. This film tests so many emotions and thought-processes. It touches upon culture and tradition of several kinds while questioning what some may think is correct and reminding us what is important.
Critique: Not deep enough. Chocolat did not investiage the motivations behind the antagonists in the film - only neatly resolved all problems at the end. Too easy.
