Review of Chinatown (1974) by Mike H — 25 Mar 2012
Shocking to see a movie from 1974 have such a clean, steady look and feel. That can be contributed to Polanski's Direction. Jack Nicholson brings it home however, seamlessly walking the like between classic and maniacal.
Actually had to watch the ending again to make sure it really happened. That's a good thing.
