This movie is one that is very slow to start with and has very dry action. there were some parts to this film that were good and some that were really funny-when they go down the hill in the boat. The ending is very bad and is a shame for the rest of the movie.
the whole idea of a dangerous nuclear weapon has been done time and again but with this movie I particularly liked the fact that some of it was based on an ice cream truck-which was funny. This is one movie that once u have watched it u dont want to watch it again.
