I remember this one being billed as a 'video nasty' and for it being associated with the Jamie Bulger case in the early 90's. Its very tame for today's standards and suffers for being humourless.
Brad Dourif's Chucky is quite inspired as ahorror creation, but is less menacing than he was in the first two films. Bride of Chucky picks up from this one and is a hundred times more entertaining and funnier.
