Review of Child's Play 3 (1991) by Josh G — 18 Dec 2007
Good, but definitely not as strong as its predecessors. Despite writing this movie before the second one was even released, Mancini still puts together a pretty good movie with lots of Chucky dialogue and a pretty interesting setting. There's some good kills here, and though the characters are not developed as well as they were in Child's Play 2, that's hardly a criticism that should steer you away from this film. The spirit is definitely still there, and that's what's great about it.
My one big gripe is that the movie ended rather abruptly; kind of a disappointment after the final battle before. In any case, I am still a fan.
