Review of Child's Play 2 (1990) by Gun Ä — 06 Oct 2008
A tired re-tread of the first film with little to offer, but a decent way to kill an hour and a half all the same. Especially if you're a fan of the franchise.
The plot is essentially the first film with some minor tweaks allowing it to work a second time. Everything else is pretty much on par with the first, except that the weaker plot lets everything down, including the horror aspect.
Personal enjoyment: 6/10.
Actual quality as a film: 5/10.
