A terrible movie, I still don't know if they wanted this to be serious or funny. Either way it fails because it's not good at being either. It's got some good build up in the beginning when there is apparently a mysterious force ruining Andy's life, but once Chucky comes to life it becomes a joke and a bad one at that.
