Possibly one of the best horror movie franchises ever. Chucky is iconic and creepy and fan-fucking-tastic. Although later films make things a little more comedic, here he's at his darkest and scariest.
the kid playing Andy does a great job for a six-year-old, and the script, while unsurprising, never really crosses the line into contrived. In short, it's a great horror movie and is prehaps brad Dourif's finest work (when combined with the other four, anyway).
