Review of Child's Play (1993) by Daniel K — 22 Nov 2010
Possibly one of the corniest 80's Horror films around yet its still very enjoyable to watch, and Chucky is an iconic Horror killer. The film has its decent moments if you can ignore some of the corny ones too.
Catherine Hicks is great as the lead, as is Brad Dourif as Chucky (who he continued to play through the series). There are also some decent deaths too to keep the Horror buffs pleased. Overall I liked it and while it got flaws they can be easily overlooked for being so damn entertaining ;).
