One of the best. It's not scary whatsoever, but what is above the age of 7? It's entertaining, and Chucky is just the greatest. Of course a doll could just be kicked away, yadda yadda, but why would a doll be possessed by a serial killer in the first place.
There is no logic to these movies! They're supposed to be funny and creative and suspenseful, which this movie is.
