Review of Child's Play (1988) by Richard C — 28 Nov 2009
This is a great little horror film. Filled with horror and scares galore. Director Tom Holland manages to take the generic subject matter and make an entertainingly frightening little horror film. The puppeteering is really quite effective and Catherine Hicks, Alex Vincent and Chris Sarandon are great in their respective parts.
This is definitely a film that holds up over time. Hugely entertaining!
