Review of Children of the Damned (1964) by Megan B — 30 Jan 2008
The cinematography was good. It gave the film an art house' feel to it that makes it unique amongst 'evil child' films.
Having said that, the movie's plot was not well done. Was I supposed to think that the children were the villains of the story? I honestly think the adults who wanted to experiment on them and kill them were more villainous. If the adults had any common sense, they'd leave the kids alone. But the kids were also psychotic too. They intimidated their caregivers and were rather creative with the way they 'dispached' the adults in the film. And what on Earth was that machine they built for? Taking over the world?!!??
