"Children of Men" is a successful combination of action and thought-provoking drama that touches themes of societal dysfunction and dystopia. This film focuses more on its story to present it in a fashion that is engaging towards viewers and its single shot based action sequences open a complex perspective to have viewers really see the action that takes place.
Overall, "Children of Men" is engaging, suspenseful, and hopeful.
