Review of Children of Men (2006) by Mathew S — 27 Mar 2013
One of the very few sci fi films that manages to make the future believable. Aside from the inexplicable childlessness, this movie almost manages to transport you into the future without any significant cognitive dissonance, as if you are dreaming of things to come.
The characters, plot, pacing, dialogue, effects, cinematography and music are all perfect. I cannot recommend this film highly enough to anyone who cares about humanity.
