Review of Child 44 (2015) by Leo K — 19 Mar 2016
This is less a crime movie, and more a portrayal of 1953 Soviet Russia, and the horrific arrests by the police during the time. The ending seemed cliche and is what probably destroyed the movie. But for the most part, you can feel the fear of the characters from their own government.
Total fear.
