Review of Child 44 (2015) by Lee P — 16 Apr 2015
A truly gripping film with some edge of your seat moments and an evolving plot. Critics must have been watching something else because their reviews just don't add up. Personally the only criticism I would have are the accents.
Even then if a Russian person spoke to you with the accents in this film you wouldn't tell them their accent was rubbish. There are action scenes in this film but it is aimed mostly at the viewer who enjoys an engaging plot (and sub plots) and doesn't mind spending over two hours enjoying the film.
Not aimed at viewers who like to have a chat and watch Sixty minutes of shootouts.
