Chief Zabu is a brilliant send-up of politics, money, and the American Dream which is (sadly) still relevant to today's social and political climate. Allen Garfield soars as the lovably neurotic Ben Sydney, and Zack Norman provides an intriguing counterpart as the ambitious struggling comedian Sammy Brooks.
For a comedy that was shot 30 years ago, the film's intelligently irreverent humor proves itself to be timeless.
