Charming, funny, whimsical, and eye-popping stop-motion feature from the creators of "Wallace & Gromit" has something for everyone, not to mention a fascination for the medium itself. (How they do stop-motion effects for water and stuff, I don't know.
) Wonderful, colorful characters and amazing attention to detail make this a winner.
