Review of Chicken Run (2000) by Robert M — 24 Dec 2014
A fun, great, and egg-septional stop-motion feature. A unique storyline about chickens simply trying to escape from possible certain death. The machinery scenes from the plane and the pie machine are neatly well done for a clay-mation film especially.
The jokes were funny and clever, and each of the characters were neat and unique as well. Not much bad to say about the artwork and craftsmanship of this film. It's always amazing how every little movement in these kinds of films is adjusted and captured when it comes to stop-motion movie making.
From the creators of Wallace and Gromit (which are some good shorts too), comes a real fun and entertaining feature that both kids and adults alike can enjoy a lot.
