Surprisingly good, I would say. another success of pixar/disney with a moral, or a few morals. first is the idea of communication of feelings, and bringing issues to closure. most important. then there's the idea of undying, go to the ends of the world for your love.
The li'l alien furball was so darn adorable. some of the jokes i'm sure were waaaay over childrens' heads, and i'm sure even a few teens/adolescents, but it was a hoot altogether.
