Chicken Little sticks out like a sore thumb in the Disney Classics canon and not in a good way. The only end result here is a crass attempt at pandering to a younger audience.
It's "I wanna be something special" plot is rote and forgettable, it's characters are incredibly annoying and it's animation resembles under cooked Dreamworks leftovers.
There are no qualms about thinking outside of the box with Disney, but Chicken Little is so content in doing so that it neglected to create something that comes even close to appealing.
