Hard to believe but it took me 9 years to finally see this movie. I'm not a Catherine Z-J fan (I don't think she can act and I believe she lies about her age), so that was an initial turn-off, despite the rest of the cast being stellar.
My mistake. Not only was Catherine fantastic in this, but the entire cast was too. "Rent" is still the best musical ever but this one is definitely up there too.
