Review of Chicago (2002) by Richie S — 30 Apr 2012

This film is a direct result of destiny for me. The only reason I gave it a chance in the first place is because I myself am a Chicago native. But my reasons for liking it stretch far beyond that. The whole "World becomes a stage during a song" concept originally seems like something that would reek of familiarity.

But it somehow seems more fresh then you would expect. Between catchy songs and an intriguing plot, this is quite the enjoyable film.
