Chicago is a movie with all the right buttons but is unable to push thim properly. Excellent performances, great songs, excellent characters, great content, and a rousing spirit make this film watchable.

But all the great moments are interupted by songs. No doubt they were good but there was too much of it. Plus, they are incorporated with the story which means its hard to skip them. So this energetic movie gets a marginal thumbs up.
