While it has shortcomings (Acting, Cliches) you wouldn't be watching horror movies if you really cared about the cliches. The acting isn't stellar, but even with the turnaround OMG ending that you may or may not have seen coming (No seriously, you might not) it's a pretty interesting movie.
Recommended heavily for zombie fans.
