It was an OK terror tourist movie. The acting was sub par, the story was a little spotty. The dialogue was not that great. The previews alluded to a ghost aspect, not a mutant, test hospital grounds. This was an Ok scary movie that could have been done much, much better.
You were not invested in the characters that much and the bleak ending was typical. I would wait to download it or watch it on Hulu or Netflix. I wouldn't pay to see this movie.
