Well it looks pretty good from the description doesn't it? Michelle Pfeiffer is the main character and Stephen Frears is the director and oh those sets and costumes...but wait it starts with a voice over and oh no, there's Kathy Bates and dear me just to really muck it up Rupert bloody Friend is the love interest.
Take my advice and give this one a miss. It's an abysmal hour and a half of your life you will never get back.
