Review of Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005) by Deb S — 14 Sep 2010
In Cheaper by the Dozen 2, Steve Martin returns as Tom Baker, a dad with 12 kids. Now that they are all grown up, he wants to have one last family trip to Lake Winnetka. Once there, Tom meets up with his old rival Jimmy (Eugene Levy) who tries to show off all his success and prove to Tom that he's a better man and a better father.
But Tom refuses to let Jimmy prove him that he's the better man. Both families compete against each other, to find out which one really has a greater family. Nothing earth shattering here but Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt and Eugene Levy pull off some decent laughs and Levy was super as the guy who drove Steve Martin up the wall.
