Review of Che: Part One (2008) by Aaron J — 25 May 2013
Che really lets you into the mind of Argentine Guerilla Ernesto "Che" Guevara, on such an epic scale. Benicio Del Toro reminds you that if an actor shows heart, his performance can really grab you for a whole movie no matter what the length is, I think that all of the critics are big babies that kepp complaining that its too long, it drags on, I tell them "Sit down and see the true beauty in the film".
Benicio Del Toro is a force in this film. Director Steven Soderbergh has crafted a perfect bio-epic that shows you why we love movies in the first place. This film is really a must have.
