Review of Chasing Amy (1997) by Jake C — 09 Sep 2012
Way more deep and honest than I was expecting. I usually expect Kevin Smith's work to be crude, but very funny films that make me laugh out-loud constantly. But this one was deep and very honest. It offered very real, like-able characters, with a very great story that feels very mature and well honest.
I've always enjoyed Smith's work as funny movies. But this is actually a very great film, that is more than just laughs. 5 out of 5 for me.
