Review of Chasing Amy (1997) by Jeremy B — 15 Nov 2012
Chasing Amy goes a lot deeper and more serious than Kevin Smith's previous Jay and Silent Bob outings, them with only one (but very important) scene in the movie. It takes on a lot of difficult subjects such as sexuality, which fans of the previous Smith films may not like, as they are used to goofy and fun humour, but there is plenty of that too, which makes Chasing Amy one of Smith's best films and a good movie all around.
