Review of Charlotte Gray (2001) by Kat P — 24 Jan 2008

Average movie. Entertaining enough but only gets three stars. Was really slowly paced with a smattering of action sequences and the script was a bit lame. Also noted that the dialogue was spoken in English between French people which was confusing and detracted from the authenticity of the performance (although subs would probably have been worse!) Blanchett was on top form though.

The love story element was unbeilievable and the main character's fickleness was flawed but there you go!
