Review of Charlie's Angels (2000) by Marco F — 05 Jul 2014

This apparent movie version of the 1970's hit TV show CHARLIE'S ANGELS is seriously, seriously bad. It doesn't even know what it is- is it a music video, a movie, or a trailer for a movie or re-hash of the TV show? Good God. Director McG (yeah, that's his professional name) doesn't seem to have a clue as to what is going on- he must have been as lost as I was while watching this movie.

This movie has the attention span of a rodent- this movie is just a glossy, stupid, overdone music video designed to look like some kind of action movie. It's cut together like a trailer- and it feels like we want to see the actual movie- but we never get to. It's also formulaic in many ways and to add salt to the wound- desperately unoriginal.
