Review of Charlie Wilson's War (2007) by Andrejs P — 18 May 2009
First off I'm not a fan of Tom Hanks but I am of Philip Seymour Hoffman so I guess it balances out. The movie really glosses over everything from Charlies partying ways to exactly how Charlie convinced the commitee to give the effort more cash.
In other words the movie contains a bunch of nothing. I would of rather seen a documentary on tv about the whole story. Would of been a lot more entertaining I'm sure.
