I'm usually a sucker for sappy films, however I'd like to have some substance accompanying it. Charlie St. Cloud overdoses its viewers with sweetness and sentiment that it becomes irritating and distracts from what could have been a moving story between brothers.
Instead you get a rather disappointing film.
