Review of Charles Manson Superstar (1989) by Tarl W — 30 Jul 2011
Probably the single documentary made on the subject with half a brain, this film shows the real Charles Manson, inhibited neither by crazed maniacs calling him some sort of god, nor by fools like Geraldo Rivera who brand him before the interview even begins.
An insightful and well done look into the life of Manson, with lots of great footage of Spahn Ranch and other areas associated with the trial and the family.
