There are very few movies today that have such a clever and witty script as this movie. Every line is perfect and Grant and Hepburn deliver them with such ease. The movie is very stylish starting form the magnificent opening scene to the artsy opening credits. The story is also amazing.
[Edit] : I saw this again and it wasn't as amazing as I remembered. It's still good just not great.
