Review of Charade (1963) by Curtis M — 01 Apr 2009
This film is highly regarded for good reason. Though the relationship between Grant and Hepburn might be questionable (as well as Hepburn's aggressiveness in the relationship) the film has a number of good twists that help keep this film thrilling even for contemporary audiences.
Rounding out the star power of the leading man and leading is a first rate supporting cast with faces that anyone who's watched even a little classic cinema should recognize. Thrilling, and with just enough playfulness to stay true to Hepburn fun, this movie is absolutely worth checking out.
