Review of Charade (1963) by Masorad ( — 03 Aug 2010
A massive disappointment. The film approaches Hitchcock as often as Halley's comet does the Earth. Zero chemistry between the leads, hack-written dialogue, shoddy filmmaking (the editing is especially bad), four-flushing plot and a middling Mancini score.
Sure to leave you emptily gaping given the talent involved, this thing is proof star power only goes so far, and no more.
