I have to say, it's not a really good Hitchcock-type movie. The plot is too simple, and the dialog is plain silly, well, maybe it's meant to be like that, but it doesn't make it fun, only stupid.
And there isn't any mystery, at all, I figured out where the money was five minutes into the movie, and the first time I saw Walter Matthau's character, I knew what side he was on. So, however it was entertaining back in its days, it's not really doing the trick for me now.
