Review of Charade (1963) by Alec B — 30 Dec 2012
Hepburn is very cute and Grant is swarve in what I believe is one of the funniest and tensest films of it's era. The Hitchcock derived script is excellent and the end reveal is superbly done with surprise and comedy ensuing all the way through.
This film will have you in a mental sweat as you along with the cast try and figure things out. This film is one you should watch when you are in the mood to be entertained by two of the fines actors of their time.
And to cap it all off it has James 'In Like Flint' Coburn, George 'Thunderbolt and Lightfoot' Kennedy and Water 'The Odd Couple' Matthau as supporting cast and main bad guys.
