Review of Chapter 27 (2007) by Aaron E — 21 Mar 2010
This movie received a lot of unnecessary laughs and ridicule. I was fully engulfed by Jared Leto's portrayl of Mark David Chapman and his obsession with Holden Caulfield. Since I'm a big fan of Catcher in the Rye as well, I felt myself weirdly connected to the character at times until ultimately he goes way off to the dark side.
Lindsay Lohan's part is not necessary and the movie really only needs to be Jared Leto, but it throws around some unnecessary plot lines. It kinda worked for me by the end.
