Although Chappie improved toward the end, the movie is very amateurish. Chappie is like a film student's final year project. Employing rappers to act in the film didn't help. The first 10 min were District 9.
5. Many of the plot elements had question marks, like the guy could create artificial intelligence but couldn't program it to understand English immediately? Overall, Chappie is crappy.
