Review of Chappie (2015) by Lance H — 15 Dec 2017
After hearing some bad reviews, I finally gave it a watch... and in the end, despite the odd-ball human characters that took awhile to get used to, I really enjoyed it. I think the odd 2-dimensional human characters are actually there on purpose to help you embrace and fully appreciate Chappie as he learns and becomes the most fully fleshed "human" character in the film as he shows off the most full range of emotion of all the characters.
