Short Circuit the Reboot! Short Circuit was more believable and had actual actors in the movie. Chappie flirts with big ideas, advanced A.I., thinking feeling robots, nature vs. nurture even. However, the surrounding parts and story (is there a story?) just fall flat.
How is it that a CGI robot character is the best actor in a live action film? Not a good film. It could have been much better.
