Review of Chaplin (1992) by Brandon T — 21 Apr 2009
This is quite clearly Robert Downey Jr.'s finest performance. It harkens back to the brilliant directing skill Attenborough showed in "Ghandi". This story is told magnificently, showcasing Chaplin's comedic genius while documenting his extremely personal portrait.
This must be seen for what it is- A phenomenal tribute to one of the most important genius the world has ever known.
