A muddy premise involving a dead old dude and some dodgy dealings on behalf of a couple of partners in law firm give this movie a very weak platform to stand on.
The tit for tat retributions don't stand out as shocking or entertaining and the ending of "I'm sorry" and "I'm sorry too" comes across as contrived and renders the movie meaningless.
