Review of Champion (2017) by Steven T — 25 May 2017

I saw it on opening weekend as a number of my friends were talking about it on social media. In a entertainment culture that seems to often go for the cheap thrill, I appreciated this story dealing with pain, loss and forgiveness. It is both a good film for the family to see, but it was good for my heart.

We need more stories like this. Wholesome and moral without being preachy, poignant, a strong message, and leaves you in a better place when you walk out the door.
