Chain of Command, a straight to DVD film, starring Michael Jai White. The cover of the DVD is somewhat misleading having Steve Austin on the cover. Austin is not in the film that much. So, if you are planning on buying this thinking Austin is a major character on the film, save your money.

Otherwise, a cheap looking film. Seems like every scene was either shot in an office building or at the directors home. Really low budget film.

But, for a low budget action film. It was surprisingly decent. Again, worth checking out on a boring day.
