Why would they make a movie about chain letters this late in the technology age, I could see it happening in the early 00's, but this movie comes too late. basic plot: don't pass on the letter, get killed in a gory fashion somehow involving chains.
rinse and repeat for an hour and a bit, then have the ending that leaves the door open for numerous shitty sequels. pass on this one.
